Once a plant is installed, our team of expert take up training sessions for the people who would be
operating the plant. Each of the plants commissioned by us comes with a user manual in case the
operator has any issues. However, a 24*7 helpline is available in case of any urgent need.
Most of the plants installed by us come with a 1 year replacement warranty from the date of
installation. However, this would depend on the terms and conditions agreed upon by the
customer.
We, at Hydrosphere India, also take up ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS for
existing projects installed by us or otherwise. The cost of the AMC depends on the present
condition of the plant and is decided only after a visit by one of our consultants.
